Claire is an associate at Brown, Readdick, Bumgartner, Carter, Strickland & Watkins, LLP. She is a multigenerational Glynn County resident. Claire looked forward to the day she could return to full-time resident status after completing her education. Claire is excited to practice in the areas of local government defense, insurance defense, and general civil litigation at BRBCSW. She also plans to participate in the attorney appointment program under the Criminal Justice Act in federal court.
During law school, Claire participated in the adult guardianship and assistance program in Charleston County, South Carolina. She also completed an externship with the United States Coast Guard Judge Advocate General, which allowed her to see the Uniform Code of Military Justice and work closely with a Staff Judge Advocate at the Maritime Law Enforcement Academy. She was also a member of the maritime law society.
Prior to attending the Charleston School of Law, Claire graduated from Brenau University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In her time at Breanu, Claire was a member of Alpha Delta Pi and a collegiate softball athlete.
In Claire’s free time, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, cooking in general, playing tennis, and being outdoors.
