Sean Scally is a Partner with the firm and focuses his practice on civil litigation, including local government representation, insurance defense, worker’s compensation, employment law, and general litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Sean practiced law in Topeka, Kansas as an attorney with the Kansas Association of School Boards. The association’s clientele included the 293 Kansas school districts, as well as several community and technical colleges. Aside from representing and assisting schools with general legal issues, Sean also negotiated on behalf of several boards of education, and often served as a hearing officer at due-process hearings.
Sean is licensed to practice in all Georgia courts, including the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals, as well as numerous federal courts, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and district courts within the Eleventh Circuit.
Sean grew up on St. Simons Island attending St. Simons Elementary, Glynn Middle School, and Glynn Academy. He is active in the local community and has coached and served as a board member for the local soccer association.
